Shipping policy
Processing time
Most Pac-12 Fan Shop items are printed to order just for you. Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be made and shipped. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping rates (United States)
- Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): $8, or FREE on orders of $70 or more
- Express Shipping (1–2 business days): $15
Delivery times begin once your order ships and are in addition to processing time.
International shipping
We ship internationally. Rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
Orders with multiple items
Some products, including NIL Store items, are fulfilled by a different partner. These items may arrive in a separate package and may have their own shipping rate at checkout.
Order tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us with your order number and we'll help make it right.
